The Needle (2023)
This movie is "The Needle" and story line : Dali and Mariem are impatiently awaiting the arrival of their first child. On the day of delivery, the doctor tells them that the baby has a rare characteristic. Upset by this news and confronted with his demons, Dali is no longer able to play his role with Mariem and their child.
