New Jersey Drive

Jason, an impoverished youth growing up in the slums of New Jersey, and his pal Midget get their thrills by stealing cars and taking them for joyrides. The trouble starts when they steal a police car and the cops launch a violent offensive that involves beating and even shooting suspects.
