A group of students decide to go snowmobiling but they end up getting lost in a storm. They find an isolated sanatorium and take their chance to stay there until the storm is over. The sanatorium turns out to be the home of three freak killer named Three Finger, One Eye and Saw Tooth. The students are now likely to become their meal unless they fight back to survive through the night.  .
